Shinichi KAMOSHIDA（鴨志田 伸一）is a Japanese patent attorney （弁理士）whose practice is focused in patent prosecution in the areas of mechanical, electrical, control technology, computer, and Internet-related arts.
After graduating from Meiji University (MS) where he majored in Physics, Shinichi was an engineer in imaging technology in the R&D div. for more than 10 years and an in-house patent attorney in the IP div. at Seiko Epson Corporation. Shinichi filed, as an inventor, more than 300 patent applications with the JPO when he was an engineer. He received the Outstanding Invention Award and the R&D Award at Seiko Epson Corporation.
After leaving the company, Shinichi worked at patent law firms in Japan and the US (e.g. 太陽国際特許事務所, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP), devoting himself to the services of domestic and foreign companies.

Hajime OHSUGI（大杉 肇）is a Japanese patent attorney（弁理士）specializing in patent filings in the areas of software, electrical, control technology, computers and Internet related technology.
After graduating from Waseda University (BS) where he majored in material science, Hajime worked in the legal and IP departments of several major Japanese companies (e.g. automotive and Internet-related companies) as an in-house patent attorney and has handled a number of IP infringement cases and corporate legal cases. He is also very familiar with corporate law as well as IP law.

Hassan Abbas SHAKIR
Hassan Abbas SHAKIR（ハッサン A. シャキール）is a US patent attorney and a licensed professional engineer whose practice is focused in patent prosecution in the areas of mechanical, electrical, computer and Internet-related arts. He counsels clients in the medical device, automotive and technology industries on freedom to operate, provides product clearances, and invalidity and non-infringement opinions of domestic and international patents and works closely with them to develop non-infringing options for proposed products and processes. He is experienced in trademark and patent infringement litigation and unfair competition litigation.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Hassan was an engineer for more than 12 years with the New York State Government, designing and managing multimillion-dollar projects. After earning his law degree, he was associated with law firms in Stamford, Connecticut, and New York City where he concentrated in servicing medical device, automotive and Internet-related companies.
Hassan is also a founder and Principal of Shakir Law PLLC in New York City.
